All Learning with BK products are digital. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping fees and no waiting for postage.

How you receive your order
After your payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with a download link, usually within a few minutes. You can also get to your files from the order confirmation page.

Didn't get your email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still isn't there after an hour, email us at [your support email] with your order number and we'll resend your files.

Delivery location
Our products are delivered online, so you can buy and download them from anywhere.

Please save your files to your device once you've downloaded them. If you lose access, contact us and we'll help.
